Ensuring smooth conduct of work process in organisation by resolving issues and concerns of staff ; motivating & counselling ; taking disciplinary actions . HR responsibilities include : preparing JD ;handling recruitment , ;interviewing program , exit interviews, organising training , benefits programs ,Ensureing legal compliance , preparing human resource policies and
procedures, salary & perks management . Knowledge of payroll , PF/ESI preferred. Should be confident and willing to take responsibillities of admin department ; . Preference to FEmale candidates .
